This Imperial China to Communist China Overview will explore the process by which China's Imperial dynasty ended and a republic began. The next phase of China would see the beginnings of the Communist state that China is today. While many of the foundations of Chinese communism remain, China is a much different place than that of its communist ideals that were once imposed on the Chinese people.
