Objective:

To create a DBQ Theme and Task from DBQ Documents

Procedure:

1. Students will be directed to form groups based upon differentiated learning levels.
2. Students will be given instructions for the Activity.
3. Students will choose a speaker in their group.
4. Students in their group read the documents independently or aloud as a group.
5. Students will determine a one or two word Theme based upon the documents.
6. Students will write a Theme or Historical Context as their Theme.
7. Students will create two bullets for a task for their DBQ.
8. Students will present a DBQ to the class.
9. Students/Teacher will chose the best DBQ or a modified version for tomorrow's essay.
