Task

There are three separate parts to the Task. Please complete all sections in the task below.

Task #1

Your first task is to complete the five step Global History public policy analysis, which is outlined in the PROCESS section below this one. This five step process, which also has five separate worksheets, must be completed in a three (3) or four (4) student group.

Task #2

Your third task is to create three (3) questions and answer them using your research skills with Google Scholar.

1. The First (1st) Question needs to be an Analysis or DOK Level 2 Question and Answer.

Task #3

Your 3rd and Final task is, in a group of three students, to create a proposal that the President can quickly review to understand the problem and your proposed solution. You will be comparing the problem you identified today to a historical problem you found along with the solutions possible today with the (successful or unsuccessful) attempts from the past.

For your final project, you will create the following:

A Written Proposal (1 or 2 pages) with...

  • pictures or drawings

-OR-

  • a flyer with pictures and text

-OR-

  • a PowerPoint presentation
