Today, we are discussing and writing goals, both short term for our class, short term for the school year, and long term goals for a career and your life outside and after BETA.
Goal setting involves establishing specific, measurable and time-targeted objectives (goals). On a personal level, setting goals is a process that allows people to specify then work towards their own objectives – most commonly with school, financial or career-based goals. Goals provide a sense of direction and purpose
The object of goal setting to create goals that are achievable. Using the SMART method will assist you in establishing those goals.
